Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Relationship with Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these custom Terms of Use, your use of Net-Analyzer is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If there is any conflict between this document and Apple's Standard EULA regarding Apple's rights or obligations, Apple's Standard EULA prevails for those matters.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Net-Analyzer Premium is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Annual). Subscription title, length, and price are shown in the App Store product page and in the in-app paywall before purchase.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current subscription price.
• You may manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Prices may vary by country/region and are charged in the currency shown in the App Store. Introductory or promotional offers, if available, are displayed before purchase.

3. App Usage License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Net-Analyzer on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use. You may not reverse engineer, extract source code, redistribute, or create derivative works of the app except as allowed by applicable law.

4. Limitation of Liability

IT-Systems is not liable for decisions made by the user based on the technical diagnostics provided by the application. Net-Analyzer is a diagnostic tool and does not guarantee the resolution of complex network problems. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
