At Net-Analyzer (a brand of IT-Systems), privacy and data sovereignty of our users are fundamental principles. This policy details comprehensively and transparently how technical information is handled across our iOS mobile application and this website, strictly complying with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Guideline 5.1.1).

1. Zero Personal Data Collection Principle (Zero PII)

Net-Analyzer is designed to function without requiring any account registration or personal identity. We do not request, collect, or store your name, physical address, email, phone number, personal passwords, or access to your contacts or photos.

The core analysis of your local network (device discovery via ARP/ICMP, TCP port scanning, latency benchmarking, WiFi radar, subnet calculation, and diagnostic tools such as WoL, Ping, and Traceroute) executes entirely and exclusively on-device on your iPhone or iPad.

2. Cloud Services and Technical Telemetry

To provide advanced cybersecurity intelligence, the application communicates over high-grade encrypted channels (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS) with our official API (https://www.net-analyzer.com/api):

• Anonymous Device Identifier: A pseudo-random UUID is generated and persisted in the secure Keychain of your device. This identifier is completely anonymous, cannot track physical individuals, and is exclusively used to authenticate API sessions and verify subscription status.
• Vulnerability Database (CVE): To alert you to known security risks, the app queries our threat database (synchronized with the US NIST National Vulnerability Database) sending solely the detected hardware model or operating system string.
• Fingerprinting and AI Executive Reports: When requesting identification of an unknown device or an executive security report, non-private network technical parameters (MAC OUI vendor, open ports, service banners) are analyzed on secure servers to generate clear diagnostics in your language.
• DNS Leak Test: Allows you to verify whether your network name resolution queries leak to your internet service provider or travel securely through your configured VPN tunnel.

3. iOS Application Permissions

The application only requests system permissions strictly required for its core functionality:

• Local Network Privacy: Essential on iOS to discover devices connected to the same WiFi network using standard protocols (Bonjour/mDNS, SSDP, ARP, and TCP).
• Local Notifications (Optional): Used solely if you enable background network monitoring (WiFi Radar), to alert you on-screen when an unrecognized device connects to your network.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions (Apple StoreKit 2)

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple via the native StoreKit 2 framework. Net-Analyzer never collects, processes, or stores banking data, credit card numbers, or user billing records.

5. Zero Advertising and Zero Tracking (No Tracking / No Ads)

Net-Analyzer is a professional network auditing utility. It contains zero third-party advertisements, does not integrate ad-tracking SDKs, does not use Apple Advertising Identifiers (IDFA), and never sells, rents, or shares technical or usage data with data brokers or intermediaries.

6. Security, Retention, and User Rights (GDPR)

All backend communication uses strict TLS/HTTPS encryption. The user retains complete control: you can purge all saved scan history and discovered devices at any time in the app settings or by uninstalling the application. Under GDPR, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, and erasure by contacting our support desk.
